The Capacity Building and Learning Portfolio, delivered through Heen Impact Hub, helps young people move from talent to practical skills, real work, and income through Somalia's Orange Economy. Through five practical programs: digital skills, entrepreneurship, job creation, content creation, and NGO-ready project skills, participants build portfolios, gain mentorship, and connect to real opportunities. This is not an LMS or e-learning platform. It is a hands-on platform focused on real people and real outcomes.
